These terms and conditions govern the privacy policy regarding your use of the software applications developed by LTD GEOROAM for mobile devices. The applications may use certain available information to ensure full functionality. Although some applications may not require access to the following data, the rules are general and apply to all applications according to their functionality. Furthermore, the term "application" refers to any mobile product created and/or published by LTD GEOROAM.

Automatically Collected Information

The application may automatically collect certain information, including but not limited to: the type of mobile device you use; your mobile device's unique device ID; the IP address of your mobile device; your mobile operating system; the type of mobile internet browsers you use; and usage information about how you use the application.

• In some cases, the application may request permission to use location services. Permission is granted by the user through a dedicated confirmation dialog window.
• We may request access to the user's photo album in order to make changes to an existing photo and/or to save final images or content generated through the application. This action is performed through a dedicated confirmation GUI window within the app and will not proceed unless the user clicks the corresponding button.
• We may request permission to send push notifications to keep the user informed about products and critical updates. The Push Notification Permission window is built into the mobile operating system and cannot be granted unless the user presses the appropriate button.

Third Party Access to Information

We do not share the collected information with third parties. The data is used solely by LTD GEOROAM.

We may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:

• As required by advertising companies, which may need the device's IP address and serial number to localize their advertisements and display relevant ads to users;
• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, ensure your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

Opt-Out Rights

You can easily stop all collection of information by uninstalling the application. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace or network. Uninstalling the application will automatically terminate data collection, and only previously collected information may be retained for a reasonable period of time.

Data Retention Policy

We will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the application and thereafter for a reasonable period of time. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will respond as soon as possible. Please note that some or all of the user-provided data may be required for the proper functioning of the application.

Children

All of our applications are subject to age restrictions depending on the stores and/or distribution channels. A corresponding notice will appear from the distribution channel before the software installation.

Security

We take special care to protect the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and store. For example, we restrict access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know it in order to operate, develop, or improve our applications. Please note that while we strive to provide reasonable security for the information we process and store, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Changes

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our privacy policy by posting the new Privacy Policy at georoam.ge. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates, as continued use will be deemed acceptance of all changes.

User Deactivation and Deletion

You can disable and delete your account at any time without difficulty. To do so, enter your email address or phone number in the designated field on the website and click the "Delete Account" button. Your request will be received and processed immediately, and your account, along with all associated data, will be permanently deleted.
